Rolling Ridge Women’s Retreat – Friday, Aug 23 to August 24, 2024

Theme:  Sharing our Voices and Stories: What is your heart and soul hearing NOW and encouraging you to Be and Share?

We invite women to join us for our annual Women’s Retreat at Rolling Ridge. As we come together, we will be present to each other and give thanks for this past year and our in-depth studies, reflections and conversations. Through our times of sharing and study, we will give thanks and celebrate the light, love and energy in each person.

For this 24 hour retreat, we will come together and hold a safe space for each other and reflect on what we’ve been doing and help reset ourselves, so we can launch into the new year with more trust, faith, hope and love.  With all that will fill our news feeds this fall, this is going to be quite a challenge. The dialogue with other women makes a world of difference and will help us stay grounded on the roller coaster ride of national and international turmoil.  Together on retreat, we will remember that we are not alone and thus go forth each day with the strength of God’s light, love and grace.

For those who have not yet joined one of our Rolling Ridge women’s group, we welcome you to discover the beauty of our journey in community through monthly exploration, study, and engagement in our relationships with God, others and especially ourselves. We each have to walk our own journeys and make our own choices but the example of wise ones throughout the ages become wonderful teachers in our written texts and sharing. We have all come through trials and challenges with glimpses of God’s love and perhaps an encounter or embrace that has made difference in our lives and self-understanding.  Through our monthly groups (and during our annual retreat), t’s good to be together, celebrate and give thanks as we encourage each other. For those who can’t be with us in person, we will offer a hybrid Zoom session on Friday evening and Saturday morning.

Registration costs:

• Full-time = $172 for all sessions, facilities use, Friday dinner, overnight with a shared bedroom and bathroom, Saturday breakfast and lunch
• Commuter = $115 for all sessions, facilities use, Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast and lunch
• Extended personal retreat = Add $85 for Saturday dinner, overnight, Sunday breakfast, and facilities use.
• ONLINE: $20 for online access to the sessions on Friday evening and Saturday morning
