Inviting Wholeness into Focus: Listening for Your Body's Wisdom in Winter and Lent - Lenten Retreat 2025
With Amy Hunter
March 19 - 20, 2025
As winter gives way to spring, we prepare for new life. Following the Christian tradition, you might seek to keep a Holy Lent. Or you might look to the unfolding season for leadings about how to move from hibernation to stirring awake. Religious and cultural messages might make this season gloomy and penitential.
How can you be “Wholly Present” as spring and Easter approach?
Drawing upon learnings from the mindfulness practice of BioSpiritual Focusing, this Day Apart invites you to recognize and connect with the story your body tells, offering you a wisdom deeper than thought, doctrine, or emotion.
No knowledge of BioSpiritual Focusing is necessary.
As the Day unfolds, we will practice noticing our bodies’ messages, listen deeply to ourselves and one another, and have time to explore our own unfolding invitations to wholeness and new life.
Cost: $89 includes program (9:30 am to 3:30 pm), pastries, and lunch.
