Spiritual Autobiography Application Questions:
1. Describe your earliest religious/spiritual experiences.
2. Who or what are the persons, books, and experiences which have influenced your life and faith journey?
3. Explain how your experience and understanding of God/Jesus/the Holy Spirit has developed and grown. Who or what is the Divine for you now?
4. Describe how your relationship with God and journey of spiritual formation is nurtured and fed.
5. What experience do you have in offering or receiving spiritual direction/deep listening?
6. What draws you to the ministry of spiritual direction/deep listening, and in particular the ministry of missional spiritual direction?
7. Describe the ways in which you presently engage in spiritual expressions of service or ministry.
